Aged for over a year in large oak barrels.
Unfiltered Macerated White Wine
The eight-month contact of the grape skins first with the must, then with the wine or almost wine, and the subsequent aging in barrique, gives unusual flavors and colors. The grape skins release the substances they contain, making the wine much more complex both on the nose and on the palate. Serve at cellar temperature, so cool but not cold, to appreciate its complexity.
