Visit to the winery and tasting of organic wines, accompanied by typical products from our region.
The visit will be guided by the producer Francesco and will begin on the panoramic terrace overlooking the estate's vineyards and the valley. Francesco will explain the principles of our organic production and how these impact – from the smallest to the largest choices – the entire wine production process: from the vineyard, to the cellar, to the table. Francesco will tell you in particular about the importance we place on the optimal use of the soil:
the true resource of the winemaker.
The visit will continue in the cellar to observe together the characteristics of the different barrels and how these affect the processes of winemaking and wine aging. Finally, there will be a tasting of five to ten organic wines, accompanied by food and wine specialties from the Alto Monferrato area.
