from four grape varieties: barbera, dolcetto, cortese, chardonnay, are born artisanal wines whose character is naturally
expression of the vine, of the territory but above all of the imprint that the producer Francesco gave him from the vineyard to the cellar.
The wine production process is characterized, in the vineyard, by the exclusion of the use of pesticides, synthetic products, herbicides and fertilizers, according to the strictest rules of organic farming, and in the cellar, by a vinification in respect of nature and ancient traditions.

Macerated Unfiltered White Wine
Contact for eight months of the grape skins first with the must, then with the wine or almost wine e the subsequent refinement in barrique, gives unusual flavors and colors. The peels of the grapes release the substances contained in them making the wine much more complex both in the nose and in the mouth. Serve at temperature from the cellar, therefore fresh but not cold, to appreciate its complexity.
