From February 23 to 25, 2025, Castello di Grillano Società Agricola will participate in the Slow Wine Fair in Bologna, the international event dedicated to good, clean, and fair wine, organized by BolognaFiere in collaboration with Slow Food. This year, the fair brings together winemakers, vignerons, enthusiasts, and industry professionals such as buyers, restaurateurs, wine shop owners, importers, distributors, chefs, and sommeliers, for a discussion on the future of sustainable viticulture. Our stand will be located in Hall 15 | E10 desk 2. We will be happy to welcome you to taste our certified organic DOC and DOCG wines, produced with a zero-impact approach thanks to the use of renewable energy. In our winery, located in the heart of Piedmont, we cultivate native varieties such as Barbera, Dolcetto, Cortese, and Timorasso, creating wines of the highest quality, awarded and recognized for their distinctive profile. All our wines have a low sulfite content, and some are without added sulfites, to ensure a purer and more natural tasting experience. At the Slow Wine Fair, we invite you to discover the passion and attention we put into every bottle, respecting the biodiversity and landscape that surrounds us. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our story and our wines with you.
