MONFERRATO d.o.c. ROSSO
Organic wine without added sulfites

Native organic red grape varieties from Piedmont - Dolcetto and Barbera - vinified separately and then blended to enhance their respective characteristics. This results in a wine with a lively ruby red color tending towards purple.  Winey, complex aroma, with fruity notes of fresh ripe grapes. Broad, rich taste.  

Pairings: Stewed Meat, Red Meats, Meat-based First Courses.

Serving temperature:  15-18 °C
